Money, money, money....MONEY!

In July 2017 the Texas State Senate announced the funding of a grant associated with Senate Bill 12. This grant reserves $25 million in funding to equip law enforcement with bullet-resistant personal body armor compliant with the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standard for rifle protection.

The filing deadline is coming up! All grant applications are due by 5:00 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.
